Absolutely brilliant work from the Southampton Electrical team, couldn’t be happier with my new air con. Jess was super friendly, and made explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable with the whole process  and the team are very good with fur babies my cat warmed to Jess in seconds.
Ronnie and Seb are both very Knowledgeable and super friendly and great to chat with

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Southampton Electrical.  If we could give 100 stars we would.
We originally had someone else install our wall oven.  They were fast and sloppy. The installation was so bad we asked them to uninstall it, so we could get someone else. So we called Southampton Electrical.  Ronny and Seb did a wonderful job of installing our oven which now sits in the alcove perfectly. It was so great to have tradesmen that took pride in their work as well as explaining everything along the way.  They relocated the electrical junction box that was in the back of the alcove which was of concern to us, as well as installing a special safety switch for the oven in the fuse box.  They fully tested everything on completion.  Ronny and Seb both went above and beyond our expectations.  I highly recommend them to anyone who wants good, honest and professional electricians to do some work.

Our previous sparky stopped answering our calls as he went into the commercial sector and I wanted a sparky who was based locally. I found Ronny on a local Facebook group, sent them a message, they replied fairly quickly. Thank you Ronny and your amazing team for doing so much at our place. The project that I gave was a fairly large job and Ronny went above and beyond.

Ronny was incredibly professional and understood the issues that we had. No issues on installation. We had only 2 issues post install but these were 100% my fault and not Ronny's as I didn't provide the highest quality items. We did have a flaky cat6 cable to the ubiquiti AP point which i discovered should not be run near solar panel cables. I replaced it with cat7 instead and no issues since.

Total project job part A: - Parts were provided.
Replacing x31 downlights - Philips Hue + GPO conversion
Removal x2 rusty fans that had issues.
Installing x7 ubiquiti cams + termination to the patch panel
Installing x1 ubiquiti AP point
Running a new cat6 cable for the front doorbell - Double brick just to make extra fun
Split light and exhaust fan in 2 bathrooms

Jess was quick to respond and came and did a walk through with me on everything we needed and had great suggestions. Ronny and his apprentice (sorry can’t recall name) arrived on time, communicated arrival and departure times, had great work arounds for some issues we ran into, always cleaned up and were great to work with. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again!
